Contact / RFQ
Have a drawing? Let’s start there.
Send us your component requirements, drawings or CAD files and our engineering team can begin evaluating your RFQ.
Provide as much technical information as possible to help our engineering team understand your requirement.
You can upload drawings, CAD models, specifications and supporting documents directly through the RFQ form.
- Files you upload are stored privately and are seen only by the Basant team reviewing your inquiry.
- Where required, an NDA can be executed before technical files are submitted.
- You see a reference number on screen as soon as the inquiry is stored.
Not ready to send files? Request an NDA or talk to an engineer.

Inquiries
Three ways to start
Send an RFQ with your files, put an NDA in place first, or ask an engineer a question before you have a drawing ready.
Confidentiality
Request an NDA before you share data.
Tell us who the agreement is with. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is prepared for your review before any drawing or model is exchanged.
- Files you upload are stored privately and are seen only by the Basant team reviewing your inquiry.
- Drawings, CAD models and technical information are handled as confidential engineering information.
Direct contact
Talk to an engineer
A technical question before you have a drawing ready, or a file too large for the form: write or call the plant directly.
- E-mailsales@basantautotech.comFor drawings larger than 10 MB, ask for a transfer link.

Before you send
How to get an accurate quotation
The more of this an RFQ carries, the fewer questions stand between your drawing and a quotation.
- Ø13D modelSTEP is preferred; it removes ambiguity about geometry.
- Ø22D drawingPDF or DWG with tolerances, datums, finish and notes.
- Ø3MaterialGrade and specification, and whether certification is required.
- Ø4QuantityPrototype quantity and expected batch or annual volume.
- Ø5InspectionReports required: dimensional, first article, material certificates.
- Ø6TimingWhen you need the first parts, and anything that drives the date.
After you send
What happens next
- Ø1AcknowledgementYou see a reference number on screen as soon as the inquiry is stored.
- Ø2Engineering reviewAn engineer reads the files and raises questions by e-mail.
- Ø3QuotationYou receive the proposed route and a quotation.
